No commitment

Signing up is not, by itself, a contract to purchase Foreground. Pricing and terms for paid use are presented before any payment is taken. We may decline to onboard any account for any reason.

Intellectual property

The Foreground name, wordmark, copy and visual design are the property of 40Analytics Ltd.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, 40Analytics Ltd. accepts no liability for losses arising from use of this site.
