This is a short privacy notice for the Foreground site. We'll keep it updated as the product evolves.

What we collect

When you sign up we collect your name, work email, company, country and role. That's it. We don't use cookies for tracking on this site; we use a privacy-friendly analytics service that doesn't set identifying cookies.

How we use it

We use the information you provide to set up your workspace and to email you about Foreground. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.

Where it lives

Sign-up details are stored in our email service provider, Resend. You can ask us to remove you at any time by emailing info@40analytics.com.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. We act on requests within 30 days. We comply with the Ghana Data Protection Act 2012 and offer GDPR-style controls to clients in the EU and UK.
